We got our front doors (double doors) replaced with a single fibreglass door and 2 sides of glass. I was such an easy process from beginning to end. First, the sales person Mike came to our home and was very helpful. We then went to their showroom in Woodbridge to choose the door and finish we’d like with Mike and a gentleman named Alex was there. Alex was really knowledgeable about all of the doors and helped us make a decision with what best suited our home. Took about 7 weeks which is standard to be installed and the installers we amazing. Very friendly, professional. The door looks amazing! I would definitely recommend Alma windows and doors to anyone! Very Hapoy!

The door installed was of really high quality and the installer did a fantastic job. There was a slight scratch on the inside glass panel of the door so I called Alma up to take a look at it. Yuri from the service department evaluated the defect and immediately ordered a new glass panel for me during the holidays.

Because it was during the holidays, the glass panel won't arrive till much later. He kept me posted weekly about the progress and finally scheduled a time to come and get the glass panel replaced. He stuck to the schedule and came in to do the replacement despite a crazy snow storm weather with 25cm of snow.

It is truly about what a company does after the sales process that determines the level of customer service, and ALMA is a shining example of this. I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for doors or windows.
