Horrible customer service and experience
I Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Randall's Fine Blinds...We had a horrible experience with Randy. He installed Hunter Douglas blinds in which he was aware they were defective yet harassed us for payment, then took the blinds saying he would provide a solution/replacement but instead he went MIA! We are now left with holes in our window panels, no blinds and short money! I'd recommend going elsewhere for blinds! Sept 2017

NOTE TO READER: this order was for 17 custom, made-to-measure window blinds for a whole home installation. Of the 17 custom blinds, the customer was happy with the main and upper level product (13 blinds). At dispute: 4 custom, made-to-measure window blinds for the lower level for which the customer ordered different product. As the customer was dissatisfied with their selection after installation and refused to make payment the blinds were removed from the home. Unfortunately an agreement could not be made regarding a return for the product that was free from defect and its subsequent replacement. Please note: payment was received for the main and upper level product only and only after repeated requests. Randall’s Fine Blinds sincerely regrets that this customer was not completely satisfied with their purchase.
