A 9 year old furnace and airconditioner in a home sold as a "new home". When after 3 years we discovered it and brought it to their attention, they deflected by claiming that the bought the property as power of sale and hence it wasnt their responsibility. Bal;med everyone else -- inspector, realtor, lawyer and even buyer. Tarion is much help either. Any one who buys from them in future should make them sign for every item down to the wiring and insulation.
