We needed to replace a small flat roof; a friend just had his large flat roof done by Oleg and his crew from Best flat roof.ca, and gave a strong recommendation. We sent Oleg an e-mail on the weekend and he got back to us within hours. He offered to take on this job in a timely manner, despite the fact that it was a small project.
