JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning

I would highly recommend JPS and their installers Roman and Stephen; they did a great job, very professional and timely! They took the time to explain the AC system and cleaned up just as it was before they came.

I have an A/c installed and both service men were outstanding. They want overboard to ensure I was happy with the installation
They took the time to explain all functionality of the AC unit.

Honest information: Igor didn't try to up-sell or advocate furnace replacement.
Reasonable cost: cost information given up front, both when booking appointment and by Igor on-site
Thorough diagnostics: not only fixed initial problem but checked whole furnace and did other servicing as well
Quick work: Igor completed the repair quickly and efficiently
Extended warranty is a plus. I will definitely keep JPS on file for future furnace and air conditioning needs.

My furnace cut out during a cold spell in Calgary. I called around and multiple companies told me they wouldn’t be able to come out until the following day. I got a hold of JPS and they came out the same day. Unfortunately it ended up being the motor but JPS had the replacement part in stock and was able to replace it that day. I was offered a maintenance membership that ended up saving me money all said and done which is always nice. The tech that came out seemed very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself too when the work was done. Definitely happy with the service I received!

Good customer service. Fixed a furnace issue promptly and sent someone out again to fix another issue that came up. Will probably use them again for furnace issues in the future

I booked my appointment two weeks advance. The company didn't forget it and let me know a tech will call me day-of informing me of his arrival! A tech called me that morning confirming his arrival in the scheduled time and he arrived on-time. He counted the number of vents and gave me a quote for the work before proceeding so I could decide whether I wanted to proceed or not. He asked if I had any further questions before I wanted to proceed. He provided an estimate of the duration to complete the work and finished right on-time within that estimate. He was very professional and tidy. Upon completion of the job, he thoroughly explained everything to me, allowed me to ask all the questions I had, and asked if I had any more too. He was very professional and polite. While he was working, I had a delivery of two very large and heavy shipments arrive. He stopped his work and asked the delivery person if they needed any help; he moved his equipment so the delivery person could reach my front door and he even helped the delivery person and me carry the heavy boxes into the home. That is above and beyond service and demonstrates the tech's thoughtfulness and consideration for others while working.

The one short-coming was that the tech forgot to remove two small sheets (looked like dryer sheets) off the floor; I found them later. A very small shortcoming, as it takes seconds to pick them off the floor. I'm fully satisfied with this company and will use them again.

I called early in the morning to help with a furnace that had stopped working. The messaging service took the call and said the JPS office would open at 8am and they would call be back. I received a call promptly at 8 and was able to receive a quote and book a repair call the same morning. The technician was running a little late, but I was given a phone call to advise ahead of time. I really appreciated this.

The technician (Alex) was prompt, polite, informative and efficient. He provided me with options and costs and a recommendation that met my needs and budget. He also provided things to consider going forward.

Services were delivered at the quoted cost.

Had new furnace put in, seems to be undersized runs almost full time. Now has stopped and JPS has been out 3 times and still not fixed. They have to order parts in for their main product line. Sitting with my furnace down waiting for parts. I bought hte mid level unit but product is very low quality. Sloppy internal wiring and cheap electronics,

Good techs work done very quickly. Just a couple of minor items. Sales person high pressure, promised lots but when final contract came their where differents between what he said and the contract wording. Overall good company just ask for final contract before agreeing to the project!

Definitely 5 out of 5 amazing service provided. I would highly recommend this company as the service technician that came and serviced our furnace was amazing. I asked numerous questions and he helped me understand our furnace and fixed a small water leak before it became a costly repair. He advised me on our old style barrel roll humidifier that no one uses these days and in the spring will have them replace and install the latest technology one that everyone uses ,but showed me what to do and how to clean it and with what solution. Very very pleased with the service Thank You
