Out of 5 of the top rated companies listed here, Neethan was the only one who called me right away. He came out promptly to see the issue I have and advised me to what he thought would rectify my problem - grading and eaves covers. I asked if he thought a total replacement would fix my problem, but he said it was not necessary. Now that is an honest man! He showed up early the morning we agreed on, did his 'fixes' and cleaned up. He told me twice to let him know if the problem was fixed when it rained again. If not, he would come out again and deduct what I paid from my new bill. Complicating this is another issue I have now is with Avenue Road Roofing. They left my new roof shingles way too long hanging over the eaves. Neethan advised that they should rectify this also. Review of Avenue Road Roofing after I speak with them.
