Whenever my husband and I have issues with our computer, we always call Nerds 2 You , fast service, and very good customer support. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

When I called in Nerds to You I had trustingly hired another consultant whom I thought I could call upon for technical assistance
whenever needed.My dealings with them was an exercise in frustration.
Then I sought out and called Nerds to you and soon after he came it was like a breath of fresh air.He was knowledgable quick and to the

I called Nerds2You because of extremely poor performance by my computer; there were multiple issues. The response was prompt, diagnosis thorough and the solution which involved installing a new hard drive produced very satisfactory results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

My home network was not connecting to internet, Nerds2You was called that day and by the afternoon were able to come out and troubleshoot my issue. After an hour here he was able to resolve my internet connection over my local network and set up my routers again to aid my internet connection. I called Nerds2you and Claudio answered the phone. I told him what I needed done and he gave me a quote. He advised that he had a cancellation and would be here in about an hour. He showed up on time and did what I needed done and even tried to fix an update failure issue with Windows 10. He was very professional and competent.

I called them in to assist with a printer issue, and despite the technician spending close to two hours trying to assist, it was ultimately decided that the printer was no longer functional. He was very thorough in his attempts to assist with the issue and was able to provide me with some excellent feedback in where to find a replacement, what to look for and how to save some money. Would definitely use and recommend this service in the future.
