Just over two weeks ago I called Claudio in a panic about an error I was getting on our Sage Drive login preventing me from getting into our accounting software days before our GST filing was due. I had tried everything and nothing I did with my security settings or my firewall helped to get me past the pop-up error I was getting. Claudio was able to come out to our office that same day and worked tirelessly till he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. This involved extensive searching on the internet and calls to Sage to trouble shoot and diagnose a "perfect storm" anomaly which only affected Sage users running a specific version of windows who had performed a specific update the day prior. Claudio was able to pinpoint the update responsible, suppress it and restore my computer back to before this update had occurred. I would never have figured any of that out on my own and with his help I was able to get back into my accounting software, finish the required entries and get the reports submitted to the government on time.
