My original appointment was for Friday at 1:00, I got a call from Claudio to change it to 3:00, no problem. However, at 3:00, no show, no call. Finally at 7:00 pm, a phone call. Very unprofessional. Said he would show at 1:00 on Monday, no problem. He shows at 2:00, very abrasive. Not great customer service. He was definitely irritated about my numerous phone calls and texts to try to confirm his coming. No apologies and certainly not very friendly. I would never recommend him and I have a very far reach. He asked for a favourable review but that would be a very large stretch.

Hello I am sorry once again for not being able to make it on Friday, as my several emails to you explained. I was on the phone with my clients (a retail store) Internet provider and could not leave them with no Internet while they are open and trying to conduct business. I did apologize again for being late when I arrived on Monday and I do also apologize for not being able to safely answer your call while I was driving.
