I am not one to review, but felt inclined after my positive experience with Purisoft. Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable & kind. He took the time to explain the world of water softeners to me which I greatly appreciated. I sent an email inquiring about their services on Saturday, he called me back Sunday and came to install on Tuesday afternoon. Exceptional service. I would recommend in a heart beat. Quit wasting your time researching the others and just go with Purisoft. You'll be happy.
