Mike was fantastic through the whole process! Took his time to educate us on options - no upselling, just facts. Install was booked within a few days, he was on time and courteous. There is something comforting about the owner showing up to do the work! Being new to an area with hard water, we really appreciated the information on how everything worked, when and how to change filters in the RO system, and a bunch of tips. Highly recommend Purisoft Kitchener!
