I moved with Real Canada Wide Moving from Vancouver, BC to Edmonton, AB. They have very good crew. They did pick up on time and they id delivery on time in Edmonton, AB. I got 5 % senior discount as well. My next move for sure will be Real Canada Wide Moving Services Inc.

I moved with Real Canada Wide Moving twice in this year. First I moved from Montreal,QC to Edmonton, AB. I deal with Tony who is the sales person over there, he gave me all the information about our move. They sent to our Montreal home 3 guys, they did excellent job for us. They have a very reasonable rate, and good services. I never expect from them like super duper things. They done very well from the beginning to the end. When our shipment arrived to Edmonton, we have some problem about our new home. We didn't get our rental home on time and I asked to Tony, can they help us for keep our shipment in their warehouse couple weeks more.I explain to them I have a family and I have a budget for my move. They understand that my condition and they gave me 2 months free storage in Edmonton. After that they did delivery my shipment to our home. Nothing broken nothing got damaged. Only small scratch on my dining table but that's ok.
After couple weeks later, my brother moved with them (local) in Edmonton. He got also excellent service. If you have a family , you can trust them. If you need any help they can understand that and they help you and your family for sure. I recommend this company to everyone. Thanks a lot Tony.

I came across this company by a word of mouth, through a friend. She told me that she went with them before a couple of times for a move from province to province, and to mention her name and I would get a discount. So I did just that phoned in and spoke to a girl there and got a quote for 3000 lbs. $2445. including gas and fee for fort mcmurray? Also indicated that my move will take approx 10-12 days, I thought well thats a little long but then again this is my 1 bedroom apartment and the price is right compared with the other company and as well as comparing it to what the greyhound would charge me to send it with them (thats if they will even do that). The lady I spoke with was the person and booking me for the date of move for a deposit is the same person that i dealt with throughout until my things arrived, which is to me have been very nice and helpful. My household goods (clothing, appliances and etc was in good condition, non were damaged, no dirt or ripped and nothing was missing the inventory list was accurate and profoundly quite useful. I was given the 5% discount too as promised the final weight was only about 122 over the weight but it was only off a little. I was quite pleased with the service and the amount of care and attention the company has provided me. They didn't miss a single question, very informative and helpful. As far as handling my calls and concern they were right on track, I seen that they did try to resolve the problems or issues i had. It was great to have dealt with them and had a friends referral helped, I would use them again.

I used this company to move to Edmonton. There service was excellent. I had no problems at all. They explained everything perfectly and I understood that a quote is just that a quote. They were not far off at all. I thank the office staff and the movers were on time and handled my belongings like it was there own. I would recommend this company to everyone. Dealing with this company was a complete nightmare. We booked a couple of weeks in advance with a very nice girl who gave me quote for approx. $900 (for 1000lbs), and said that any weight over 1000lbs would be $0.40 per lb. When it came time to move, the men who moved our stuff out of our apartment were loud and yelling at each other the whole time. They told me that they were going to charge me per step in my building, since there was no elevator (which I told the company when booking and they said no problem). They also told me that they were going to charge me to wrap my mattress and couch, and that they were going to charge me $75 for a box for my TV... None of which was explained to me in advance, or else I would have made sure to wrap my furniture and box my TV myself for a fraction of the cost. The worst part was when the delivery showed up three days late. My move was booked for the Saturday of the Alberta family day long weekend, and no one at the company told me that they don't work that weekend (not sure why they'd book a move if they wouldn't be working)... So instead, my parents drove all the way out to Penticton to help me with the move, and the movers never showed up. They didn't even get in touch with me until 24hrs after the delivery was meant to show up, and that was to nastily tell us that they don't work family day long weekend, and that my stuff wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday (the delivery was scheduled for the previous Saturday). Any time that I spoke with the manager, all he'd do was scream and yell at me. No semblance of customer service at all. My belongings were delivered to me in torn boxes. They didn't even unload part of my couch during the delivery... Instead, they drove away with it still in the truck and had to return the next morning to deliver it. All of my drinking glasses were broken, and they gave me a box that wasn't even mine. The bill was over double what I had quoted - keeping in mind that my belongings supposedly weighed in excess of 1000lbs, so $0.40 per lb was added on - and included $300+ for "wrapping" and "boxing" my stuff. I'm still skeptical that my belongings weighed too much over 1000lbs.. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom... Not like I was moving the contents of a house. In the end, the manager agreed to give me a 5% discount... The same 5% discount that I was promised at the time of booking for scheduling the move in advance.

I have also noticed that the manager likes to respond to online reviews alleging that the reviewer was at fault, and that his company did everything right (note again: no semblance of customer service). If a manager seeks out online reviews to lash out at customers, that's a big red flag. It was unfortunate that I did not seek out online reviews before booking with this terrible company. I advise you to save yourself the stress of dealing with this company and take your business elsewhere.

I hired this company do to move my office furniture to a different location a month ago, and I would say that I am quite satisfied as a customer. I was pleased that it was done the same day without any damage to my items. I would use them next time for all my other moves in the future. Great job guys and Thank you.

My wife and I just wanted to say that we appreciated this moving company for taking us as clients on very short notice. The three young men that arrived on a Sunday morning were very polite and professional they did a great job from start to finish....I would use they're services again in the future.
