Hi I moved with this guy Edmonton to Edmonton, AB. I have 3 bedroom house and garage. Their driver Mustapha and two helpers they finished our moves in 7 hours. They packed and deliveried my shipment same day. They are really honest and good crew. I'm lucky to found this moving company. Thanks a lot. Yousuf.

We had the misfortune to engaged this company to do a household move in July 2014. The move involved storage for a few days. When good were delivered a very large percentage of of items they packed in blankets were damaged. This amount of damage could only be caused by negligence.
Their claim procedure is a joke. They have no interest in reasonably settling claims. They offer low ball amounts in the hope that customers will simply go away. They often refer to their moving contract which I don,t believe they know or understand what the contract means or says. This company is very unprofessional and in my opinion should not be used for any kind of move.

Never go with this company!!! They were nice upon booking, but now i understand that, it was just for money!!! Half of my belongings are broken!!! And the manager is terrible!!!

This was the worst experience i could have imagined to move across the country using this company. (Real Canada Wide Moving Services Inc.)

Everything on the Toronto (Pickup) side was great and smooth, the movers were very detailed cataloguing and tagging everything, the movers arrived early, packed up everything nicely, but on the Calgary side (receiving of goods) was the worst experience i've ever gone through.

Below are the deals. In summary, 40% of my things didn't show up (Some extremely sentimental that money cannot replace), the moving team was extremely dis-organized, trying to give me other peoples goods from the truck, and most importantly missed a good majority of my things, including the pieces to put my ikea furniture together, so spent months with dis-assembled furniture waiting for the matter to be resolved by the company (Which never happened, nor did they even try to give me fair compensation for their mistake).

Details:
Lost many of my personal goods in the move, resulting in over 1000$ of lost goods.
Company did not offer 'extended insurance', or even mention it when signing up. When dealing with this matter, the company kept on saying that i didn't get the extended insurance when the move experience went bad. (But they did not offer it, and when i initially asked they said the move is insured, so i asked nothing further thinking that my move is covered).
Did not provide a contract to sign.
BBB acted in my favour with the dispute, and are no longer BBB credited.

Do not use this company if you value your time and personal goods.

And, for me, the most important point, i did not spend a penny more than i was told at the beginning. The salesman had told me that, they have been in this business for a long time and, i absolutely sow it by myself. Contracted this company to move my family from Vancouver Island to Central Alberta. Charged me more than twice what they quoted, Many of my belongings were broken, and many more missing. Water damage and mice living in my boxes. Tried to negotiate a more realistic price with them, got told if I wanted a better price, I would not be able to claim for damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
UPDATE: Just received an email from the Office Manager Eric threatening to sue me if I do not remove this review!

I would never recommend this company. My pick up was from 12-4 then changed from 4-9, after the truck got there late, they only loaded half my items. The driver said he would be on his way to VI the next morning. Took 15 days to get from there to here. Plus double my quote, and charges they thought they could get away with but didn't. I am still unpacking, and many of my boxes labeled "GLASS" have come out broken. I thought I'd be saving time and money going with professionals. I was very wrong. Very unprofessional and careless with my belongings. I am still waiting for my invoice copy the driver forgot to leave when they unloaded. Day 6 for that.

Great customer service. Always returns your phone calls. They were unable to make it the first day but they made sure we were moved the first thing the next day
