Our house was just put up for sale, and we wanted all the 'little things' fixed/patched/plugged/sealed/painted before the open house sessions started. Matt responded quickly, scheduled a time, arrived on time, worked efficiently to get things done, charged a very fair price, and cleaned up after himself.
