With a purchase decision as significant as the granite counter top in our newly renovated kitchen is, we were very nervous that this could go wrong. We visited supply/fabricators and were not impressed with their customer service skills. Sitting with Violetta, she assured us that she would make sure we are happy with our choices, and we can say that we were 100% happy with our decision. She referred us to her suppliers to pick out granite slabs. There are hundreds of choices out there and we were very particular about what we wanted. It took weeks of visiting the suppliers to find just the right slabs we were looking for. Now that the kitchen is complete, it is exactly what we hoped to achieve. Thanks to Violetta for her patience in guiding us, thanks to her team for the granite counter top - it's a 100% fit. Everyone who sees the install before the backslash was in, is amazed at the precision cut and fit - including our plumber and cabinet installers were amazed at the fit.
