Central Air Conditioner Installation
When booking the appointment for installation, the agent said that it would only take a maximum of 3 - 4 hours for the full installation. The technician that showed up was a sub-contractor and he brought an apprentice with him. The work took over 7 hours to complete and they also didn't have all of the parts needed for the job, so they had further delays when leaving to get equipment/parts. The A/C unit works fine, but I had not planned on 7 hours of labour.

Dear Vet,
Thank you very much for your business and for choosing Aire One once again for your Central Air Conditioning installation from Aire One. We do appreciate your business and your honest feedback and thank you for your patience and understanding. As you may know, on job training in an economy like ours is not as common as it used to be. It breaks our heart to hear that the extra couple of hours has caused you discomfort, stress & fiction.
Perhaps the reason our technician showed up was a sub-contractor and he brought an apprentice with him was because there were some complications with your equipment and home which may cause you more anxiety if you were informed. We are confident that our technicians are well trained and would go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the job be done according to our high standards. As the case may be, you had more people working to service and please you than usual.
I'm sure you would agree that the extra time would save you a lot of heartache and trouble down the road - had you known of all the factors.
Rest Assured, you are in good hands with Aire One Heating and Cooling.
