Aire One (Aire One) Heating & Cooling

Don't go here, management sucks. The manager Sherri was so rude over the phone today, on my birthday. I had called this morning to pay for my furnace and AC tune up that was completed yesterday and while pulling up the software Sherri decides to be rude and condescending, saying " you need to keep an air filter in there, the furnace was filthy". Well, the only reason I didn't have a filter was because back in 2014 when they came to do my tune up then, they did not bring the filters and when I had called the office that week they said they didn't have any. I waited two months, and when I called one morning, they said they had them, so when my boyfriend went to go pick them up he was disappointed he had to drive across London for nothing, because they did not have the air filters I needed. While trying to explain this Sherri was frustrated and upset, telling me how I was the one being snarky. She said she's been the manager the past 7 years so it was obviously her fault she sent my boyfriend to their office for no good reason, and I'm pretty sure it must have been the same grumpy lady I had talked to when trying to get filters in 2014. Still same old grump, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
