AireOne in Newmarket Ontario, is probably the most untrained and unprofessional group of Service personnel around this area. Service calls are not taken seriously and the general attitude is one of indifference.

- Avoid AireOne in Newmarket Ontario Canada. There are many other HVAC companies, anyone would be better. They degrade the quality that Carrier Products stand for.

Thank you for your feed back. I am happy that the furnace service was provided to you last winter while you were out of the country within 24 hours of your initial contact and air conditioner service was provided yesterday within 24 hours of your inquiry after hours.
I am also pleased that the technician arrived on time as promised and the issue was resolved right away at no cost to you under warranty.I understand that you were given a time window of 8-9 pm for the technician's arrival and he arrived at about 8:30. We can not guarantee arrival at a particular time, like you probably excepted, and respectfully always ask our customers to pick a time window at their convenience.
