An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Someone at Aire One wrote their own review and posted it as mine ... I changed the rating from 9 to 2. (My spelling and grammar abilities are far more advanced than presented below.) This takes a lot of nerve, and brings all HomeStars reviews into question.
"Aire One sales rep persenteed very professional air, knowledgeable and helpful. Techniques were promt, corteous and helpful, pointing out some issues with my gas line connection."
Make sure items contracted ( for a week before the installation is schedules) are going to be available when required. Also, the sales contract was not detailed though- product specs not available for all items.
