This is the third time I have worked with Jason, I engaged him to do a lot more work this time. I contracted him to renovate three bathrooms, tear out my existing kitchen, add pot lights throughout my house, add baseboard and crown moulding trim, tile my fireplace wall and kitchen floors (in addition to the tile work in renovating the bathroom) and to drywall my ceiling in the basement. Jason has a great attention to details, and at times can be a bit of a perfectionist. His pricing is fair, planned out based on the time to get the job done. He's flexible in allowing me to source materials or to pick them up himself, giving back the receipts afterwards to ensure no charge on top of what he paid. I would highly recommend him.
