The company does not stand by its quality and its installation. They are overpriced and constantly find ways to charge you or try to put you on an extremely expensive service plan that does not make sense. If you paid to have you product work it should not break down so often, with this company offering to fix it at a very high cost over and over.

Buyer beware as I recommend looking for a different company to get proper service that they stand but that may cost more than usual, but does not have as many issue that constantly requires the company to come out and charge you over and over.
