major renovation

General Contractors review in Barrie

we did a major renovation that included siding ,soffit and fascia and eavestrough. everything looked great for the first week. the Reynolds crew was driving by the house and notice a issue with the siding. they called me to tell me they would be back the next day to fix it. they replaced the siding and the same issue occured so they called in the siding company who came over and took a sample to be tested and discovered a problem with the siding . so the siding was replaced for the third time. all because their crew had noticed a problem and wanted to make it right. Jump ahead 5 years and we are doing a major renovation on the interior of the house and we discovered a small problem with the way the additional insulation board was installed in the original job. I called Ryan on a Sunday and he came right over and took a look and said that he would have the problem corrected in the spring. However 2 days later i got a call saying the crew would be here the next day to correct the issue. I will be using them again for our next project as they do great work and they stand behind their work

New Siding Reno

Midhurst

We wanted our family home in Midhurst re-sided, including new aluminum around the windows and garage doors.

The experience started off with Angel who greeted our call nicely and told us that a sales member would reach out soon.

We then had a call from Jesse soon after, followed by a measurement visit and several visits and calls after that until we decided on a final product! Jesse was fabulous to deal with, very experienced, always friendly and helpful with our requests and patient while we made some changes along the way!! He came to our house several times with samples and offered many suggestions that helped us decide on our final product.

Katie and Shannon helped us along the way with notifications about our order and scheduling when it came time for installation. Their calls and emails were very informative and timely.

Finally, Steve and his crew came to do the installation. They were very professional and friendly to deal with. The change from an aging beige colour to Marine Dusk was fantastic. It has transformed the look of our house.

Thank you to Reynolds Brothers for a job well-done. We would highly recommend their work.
