Very friendly movers and easy to communicate with and I'm fortunate they were available for the day I needed to move. However the quality of the move itself could have been better. When they say they're not responsible for damages, they really mean it. A lot of my furniture and walls were quite banged up with pieces broken/missing. They provide dirty mattress covers and worn out wardrobe boxes but they won't take it back and will instead charge you for it.
In the past, I've spent less on other movers who were able to work faster (with fewer movers) and with better care.

We don't have any correspondence in our mailbox from any customer that needed to file a claim regarding damages.
In the rare event that minor damages do occur, we are just one phone call/email away from resolving the issue. Our reputation can confirm it.Blankets, floor runners, and wardrobe boxes are reused and are included in your hourly rate.
Mattress bags are never re-used. It is unsanitary to re-use mattress bags.
On the same note, all furniture pieces are protected with thick furniture blankets to prevent any scratches or damages to walls and furniture itself.Please email us to see if this can be resolved and hopefully get a higher rating than 4 stars.
