Just to cut the suspense, this is going to be another perfect 10 review.

From the time our quotation was done to the time the movers left, this has been an amazing "moving" experience! The quotation and booking took no time at all. Our desired date and time were available. Also, the service was just 89/hr and we got a discount where with no charge for travel time. One of the cheapest services out there.

We moved from a small one bedroom apartment to a larger two bedroom apartment. The entire move took 6 hours. We were somewhat prepared, but lots of stuff still needed to be shrink wrapped by the two guys who came. They were punctual, swift, careful, and thoughtful. They also dismantled shelves and my large queen size bedframe in that time. Everything was moved quickly, carefully. Nothing was broken. They notified me when they were on their way, and texted me when they arrived at the building to start the move.

The thing that impressed me was that they did everything with a smile and provided great service under unexpected stress. During the move, they got a parking ticket that as not their fault. They parked in the area that they were instructed to park by my superintendent, but somehow, it was the wrong advice, as they were issued a ticket by the parking police. They didn't even argue about whose fault it is, just took it in stride and took care of the ticket themselves.

My husband did not believe the 10 / 10 reviews, the amazing price per hour,no fuel / wrapping surcharge, the care taken to move our items..it was too good to be true.. but now we are real believers and would recommend this service to all and any who need to move. It's hard to find good movers, but they do exist !!!
