I will highly recommend the technician Arthur from Furnace and AC direct. A loud noise was coming from our furnace and was bothering us a lot. It was Friday night I called some of the high ranked companies, some of them weren’t available and the others weren’t answering the phone. While searching I came across to Furnace and AC direct. Frankly speaking I wasn’t expecting much from this company because the top ranked companies disappointed me anyway I called Furnace and AC direct. (Their customer support representative Steven was very polite on phone). I told my problem to him and he was ready to send the technician right away. The technician Arthur came to my place in half an hour and after a quick diagnosed he informed that my furnace pump is broken. He offered a reasonable price for the new pump. I then asked him if he has the part with himself and I was surprised when he told me that he does have the pump and the other parts in his car well Arthur finished his work in a professional manner. I then received a call from Furnace and AC direct quality assurance department in the morning they were following up with the work quality. I was very impressed by their follow up call and found that Furnace and AC direct does care about their customers by actions. I would like to thank Arthur for solving my problem in no time and will definitely keep these guys in my mind for any heating or cooling need in the future.
