Excellent work, highest level of professionalism. I was having my basement renovated from top to bottom (washrooms, paint, hardwood in common area and carpet in the bedrooms). First contractor I hired was awful, caused more of a headache than getting the job done. He took two weeks just to prime the walls, was untidy and caught him smoking in the house. Finally I decided to abandon this contractor and went with Room-by-Room. Kearan Emrith exemplified exactly what I was looking for he explained costs, neat work, and was always professional. It only took him two and half weeks to complete the project in which he entered midway through Will definitely use him again and have already recommended him to coworkers. Thank you!
