I called Milton Garage Door Repair company (Homeland's front) for my garage door repair. The technician who came was quoting the cost for cables, brackets, etc. but wasn't providing explanation.
Update: I had given one star review earlier but am updating now as there was follow-up by both the supervisor and the small business owner and they promptly addressed the issue and also refunded the cost to me.
