Homeland Garage Door Repair

I really don’t have a clue about how garage doors work; I just know how to press the remote control. So, when I pressed the clicker the other day and the door didn’t respond, instead of panicking I called Homeland Garage Doors. I thought they would tell me that there was something wrong with the garage door opener, but there was nothing wrong with my garage door except that the remote needed new batteries. I was embarrassed for alarming everyone in the company, but they were extremely polite with me. I’m writing my experience now because you don’t often meet good behavior from technicians.
