Took them three attempts to install a basic bathroom vanity granite countertop and undercount sink. When it was still wrong, I kicked them off the job. New contractor came in and showed me they hadn't used any silicon to mount the sink and the epoxy they did use had holes so wasn't sealed watertight. Miles from Oceanic had tried telling me I just didn't understand how silicon worked. They also had to borrow my tools for all three failed install attempts as they didn't have the right ones (jigsaw, razor blades, paper towel, tape).
