Vlad, the owner, was insightful, easy to work with and not petty; with a concern for excellence and not cost cutting. We would recommend that Alex , one of Vlads lead workers, to head your project . Hard work is usually a given but Alex provided an extra level of customer service - always keeping us abreast of the reno and advising experience based recommendations.
As in any endeavour, we would recommend contractualized completion dates. Thank you Vlad. Andy and Michelle
