Exquisite Renovations & Design

Anderson and his team at Exquisite Renovations & Design completed a main floor renovation in our home. We were informed the project will take 16 weeks to complete so we decided to move out for the duration of the renovation. Our renovation was completed on time and the budget did increase due to our decision to include a makeover of the fireplace after the project commenced. The attention to detail of every trade who worked in our home was amazing.
Andersons attention to detail, execution and transparency was greatly appreciated. We were always kept informed with progress, inspections etc... when we couldn't meet on site. Long story short, nothing but an incredible job. We were referred to him by friends of ours, though we had to wait nearly a year for his services it was well worth the wait.

Overall a great experience, Anderson built my basement like he would build his own. Finished basement, added bathroom (3 piece), sauna, office and TV/Entertainment area. Amazing attention to detail and really took the time to make sure everything was laid out right. His crews were very courteous and always cleaned up after themselves. One of the most important pieces for me was that he was always responsive to text or email with questions or concerns and was at my house most days when his crews worked.

There are definitely cheaper quotes you can get but they wouldn't even compare in terms of workmanship, quality finish and custom touches. His quote was accurate and the only cost overruns were due to additions or changes I made to the plan. He knows his stuff and his crews are top notch. I will definitely use Exquisite again on anther reno.

Anderson and his team at Exquisite are professional, skilled and helped us execute our vision with our renovation. They kept the worksite clean and tidy, attention to detail is their strong suit. As a homeowner, I had no concerns leaving Anderson to complete our project. They treated our home as their own.

Anderson was one of the 3 contractors I interviewed. He was not the cheapest but I felt he could provide great value for the quality of work. He delivered what he promised and exceeded my expectations in terms of workmanship and attention to details. He fully dedicated his time to my basement and made necessary accommodations as requested. What impressed me the most were that he takes true pride in his work and his unwillingness to sacrifice his work quality for time and money. He is not for everyone but as I mentioned before, a great contractor for someone who is seeking a balance between budget and quality. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family who seem fit.

We needed a face-lift renovation for our basement and most construction companies were not interested unless we did a total renovation.

Anderson (Exquisite General Contracting and Consulting) patiently listened to our ideas and executed them very well. He was on budget and on time, even a couple of days early since we had guests coming to stay from out of town. He was pleasant and respectfull. I would recommend him to anyone. He's the best!

The basement bathroom basically had to be torn a part to the bare bones and put back together again. In doing so, Anderson corrected things that had been done by the previous renovator. It's shocking to imagine that this could have possibly been the same bathroom. It looks amazing.

Anderson and his team, of Exquisite, added beauty to function, and were able to make the impossible, possible. Our laundry room/mudroom is very small. We asked Exquisite to remodel the room, maximizing the little space we had, so we could have more storage. They listened to our needs, and Anderson consulted us at every stage of the process as they remade our room. Obviously taking great pride in their work and determined to turn our vision into reality, Anderson and his team carefully customized most of the items that were added to the remade room. When the completed version of our new laundry/mudroom was revealed, we couldn't believe what they had been able to do with such a small space. Our new laundry room/mudroom is gorgeous and now has plenty of storage; it definitely surpasses our dreams. Even better, Anderson and his team were very easy to work with and made the usually stressful remodelling job as stress-free as possible. We couldn't ask for more.

I would recommend every time!! They took out the carpet from my 2 bedrooms and replaced with laminate floors.
They cleaned up everything when they were done and I'm very happy with the outcome. It took them 3 days to complete and they were always on time and professional. The job cost around $4,000, and it was on quote and a perfect job was done.
