Moved 2 bedroom apartment.

Very good service. They have come up with settlement due to late delivery. I'm very much satisfied with their services. No issues pending. All gone well. Hope to use their service again during my next move.

Moved 2 bedroom apartment.

Pickup time late. Delivery too late. Staff such a rude donot understand if some family moving how they will survive for one week without their home stuff. Moreover delayed in delivery no information. When called then only informed that your delivery is postponed by 4 days. Delivery staff so rude just dropping the stuff like anything when asked to be generous with delivery tried to fight. Another delivery guy was gentleman tried to make things normal. Such a big company with BBB rating, donot understand who gave them this rating. According to me they should close this business as they don't understand how a family can survive with two small kids without bed, furniture for one week. Moreover no compensation. Very bad experience with this company. I request everyone not to choose this company.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Change operation staff and also one who takes booking. As no coordination between these. She takes order and delivery staff do their own things. Lack of communication. Just enjoying coffee at work. No coordination between sales and delivery.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Please don't choose this company as they are so unprofessional and don't understand the family values, kids problem. Just want to make money and no compensation. The lost stuff also not returned. So unprofessional company I ever saw with such a huge structure. Big name but no value.
