Adam and Steve were personable and professional throughout the entire process. They placed sheets on all floors from the doorway to installation site. They cleaned up all packaging and debris. Adam gave me instructions on how to use the remote control, cleaning the glass and changing batteries. Ryan, salesman, was knowledgable and helpful with the most appropriate selection for the size of my home and my budget.
