I was very impressed by the excellent customer service offered by JCP Delivery Services, particularly a driver named Shlomi. I purchased 6 skids of tile from Rivalda Tiles and they did not advise the delivery company that I needed a morning delivery due to my work schedule as previously discussed. After having to reschedule, the driver contacted me the day before to give me a delivery time window and went above and beyond to make sure I felt satisfied by confirming with dispatch as I was very anxious. I am very impressed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service. Great job Shlomi! A++++
