Charles and his crew finished our basement bathroom. They were able to get on the job surprisingly quickly considering how busy every one seems to be, and were pushing the schedule and diligently following up to try and complete the job (we were waiting on some fixtures and vanity). Quality work and proactive management.

Charles and his team were wonderful. They did a superb job and just about on time. Nothing was too much trouble and they even did more than contracted. We are hiring them again in a few months to do a basement renovation. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they are honest and perfectionists.

This was the second project that my wife and I used the Small Project Company (SPC) for in the past 10 years, and it will not be the last. Charles ("Chuck") showed up for our pre-project meetings mostly on time, and provided detailed quotes in a timely manner. He returned all of our call promptly and extremely cordial and amicable. The SPC crew arrived on site every day on time, worked diligently each day, and cleaned up after themselves daily. Their work was that of skilled tradesmen and tailored to our requirements. Dale, one of the lead foremen, communicated extremely well, and worked with me to ensure that our design vision was understood and realized practically. SPC's fees are extremely reasonable, and their service delivery professional by every measure. My only reservation with writing this positive review is the risk of too many people catching the SPC wave on account of it (and the other glowing reviews), and then having to wait in line behind all of the SPC's soon to be happy customers! >:-)

Contacted several companies and decided to go with this company for many reasons....liked the gentleman that came out to see us as very genuine and was quick to come back to us w price....job was completed on the timeframe we were given and was very satisfied with the workmanship .....Highly Recommend ....already referred to a friend and great feedback from them so far as well....

We hired The Small Project Company to build a fence in out backyard. From the beginning we had problems. The person who did our fence had clearly never done such a project before. The posts he installed were too short and he had to glue extensions on the top. The nails he used were too weak and could not support the wood...and this was only the beginning. The workmanship was so poor we had to ask them back SEVEN times to redo the work. The person we were dealing with was cordial but took no ownership in this poor workmanship. A year later we have to replace the whole thing because it is falling apart. It was a huge waste of $2000

Friendly people, but too many different workers showed up at various times to do the same project, some were good, some not so good. Price is reasonable, I can't say anything too negative...just wasn't overall satisfied with the workmanship.
