Purchased some WAGJAG coupons for junk removal, scheduled dates and times on JunkMasters web site for pickups, no one ever showed up, I left many messages for the National Account Manager, never received the courtesy of a callback. Totally disappointing experience, unprofessional, unreliable, don't waste your time with these guys, you can hardly do worse. I called another Junk removal company, they came within a few hours and removed all our Junk in a timely and professional manner.

- Honor the commitments they have made to customers, answer their phone and not hide from the customers they have screwed over behind their voice mail system.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Don't use JunkMaster, get someone reputable and reliable.
