Had seen a small job Cozmo did at a neighbors and it looked ok so I gave him a contract to do my job. I went over everything with him and paid him money uo front. He came back later before he started and asked for more money which came to 5,400.00 and we went over everything again, I had a friend with me who knows everything about construction to help me explain exactly what I wanted done. But he Cozmo decided to do his own thing and totally screwed up everything, he is not going to finish it seems and the court will have to decide what happens now. Don't ever use those people.
