Asphalt Impressions

We encountered delay after delay, last minute cancelled work dates. We were made to feel as though we should just be ok with these cancellations and reschedules, no big deal. At one point, we began looking for another contractor to finish the job. Cosmo got upset when we declined to provide final payment prior to the work being completed, and I'm sure we would still be waiting had we paid. No proper written estimate nor receipts provided by the contractor, so beware. This contractor vales his own time and interests only. The job was completed finally, but I would not recommend this contractor based on attitude and value of customers interest and time.
