Decorative Concrete review in Mississauga

I retract my previous reviews due to them not fixing the issues after they were paid. The jobs were done in the summer of 2014 and I mentioned the issues to them in October 2014. Every time they promise that they will come out but never fixed it. I have been waiting for almost two years now and every time I call I get the run around. They say they will come out on Monday for example but never do and do even call. I spent almost $30,000.00 with them and paid on time every time the phases were completed. I even fed them and this is the thanks I got. After not returning my messages, I eventually got a hold of the owner Cozmo to ask him when he was coming out but he hung up on me - real professional!!! Their after sales service was non existent. BE WARNED!!!!. I will never use them again.

Decorative Concrete review in Mississauga

I hired Coz and his staff to install a concrete walkway from the front of the house to the back. As promised, Coz and his staff came on May 28th and was finished in a few days. They were all very professional, polite and really cared about how they conducted themselves on my property. Their workmanship was absolutely fantastic. Some of the neighbors’ approached me to ask about their workmanship. The work I gave them was only Phase 1 as I wanted to see how they worked and the quality of their workmanship first before I give more work. I have decided to give them Phases 2 and 3 starting July 2nd and will provide another review after Phase 2 and then Phase 3 has been completed. I DID have a choice to go with many other contractors out their but clearly Coz and his staff were heads above everyone else. It is not always about price. You get what you pay for. They were honest and that is what I like about them. I will gladly recommend them to anyone that wants a professional job done RIGHT! Keep up the good work Coz, Carlos and Staff.
