Mighty Movers

Used them to move a couple of times. Always late, always full of excuses. They were not at all careful with my furniture and ended up banging up a few beautiful pieces quite badly.
When I asked them to fix the pieces, or pay for them, they ghosted me.
Do yourself a favour and don’t hire them.

I was very happy with the service. They are very fast and everything arrived in great condition. I will use them again soon.
Also I would highly recommend them.
They have a huge truck, clean and friendly services.

Found MIghty Movers on the internet and was so grateful - another business had declined my job as the piece of furniture I wanted moved was too big and heavy for them. Not for Bill! So grateful for the quick response, practical options and flexibility. AND to accommodate my tight deadline Bill and his partner came to do this job after a long day moving someone else. Truly appreciate the above & beyond service and friendly demeanour. Price quoted (2-hour minimum) was fair and as stated in estimate. I would definitely hire again.

Mighty Movers did a one-off job for me, moving an enormous heavy wooden desk. Two guys did the work of four, down slopes, around corners, through narrow doors, etc. They were timely, professional, courteous and seriously competent. I highly recommend them!

Back in 2012, I went online to look for a great mover with reasonable rates.
Found Mighty movers and they did a fantastic job with our first move including a piano. A year later, we decided to relocate as we disliked the location.
Bill and his team worked extremely hard to make our move stress free. Since then, we have recommended them to our friends. Last month I recommended another of my friend Mighty Movers to help move his piano and some boxes from Coquitlam to West Vancouver. He was charged $385 and he very happy with their service.

I contacted Bill to move me from Vancouver to Kelowna. Told me he would charge only half of the travel time (for way back) but charged me 10 hrs in total even though he only took 3hrs to move me in and out of my apt. I had to chase him for an invoice even though I made it painfully clear I needed an invoice once the move was completed not to mention I paid 1300 cash and needed a receipt.
Once the move was completed and because they overbooked themselves and we're in a crazy hurry they left one of my boxes in their truck . I still haven't received this box yet and it contains a stereo and other misc. Items.

All I ever got were excuses which seems to be his norm. He has an EXCUSE for everything that goes awry. Bills staff are nice and will move you quickly but will overcharge you, damage your stuff and will be late due to being overbooked because he is disorganized and a poor businessman.

I hired mighty movers to move my furniture and belonging from my two storage lockers to my new apartment all on the north shore. Firstly Bill called on the morning of the move to say they would be at least an hour late as on of his employees was having car trouble. He then phoned back to see if they could be two and a bit hours late as his employee now had to take a bus to meet up with them.
The move its self was was longer than I thought but the men were pleasant. As the men were bringing my couch in the apartment they forced it through the door and ripped it, Bill said no problem he would have his "guy" come and fix it. Although I paid cash I explained that I needed a
receipt for my taxes, again Bill said no problem he would get it to me. It has been three months and many unreturned phone calls but I have not had my couch fixed and not received a receipt. On a side note I had many many broken pottery pieces easily over a thousand dollars as well although I can't prove it was them or the movers that place my belongings in storage Iunfortunately wonder now. The whole move cost close to eight hundred.... More than quoted

Showed up early, took only 45 minutes to load and 1 hour to unload a ton of boxes and some furniture, finished the move one full hour earlier than anticipated, charged somewhere around 350 before tips for a 1 ton truck with 2 men. (100 per hour roughly)

The guys knew what to do, wrapped everything that needed special care without me having to ask, and nothing was broken or scratched. There was no standing around or anything. The men were strong, efficient and professional.

This was a perfect move. I have used movers that were a little bit cheaper than these guys (by like maybe 10 an hour) but these guys were totally worth their price and more.

An absolutely perfect move. Mighty Movers are the only ones to use. They managed a complex move with very heavy items including a piano, many antiques and even concrete fountains! Everything was done efficiently and with great care. In addition, the team is very curtious and truely cares about your moving experience being as stress free as possible. This is the difference when using a local small company. I would not move with anyone else.

We had an excellent experience with Mighty Movers. We have also worked with bigger moving companies and in the future I would way rather go with Mighty Movers. They gave us a lot of personal attention and made us feel very well looked after. Their crew will be kind, courteous and respectful with your material. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of move.
