Booked both gutter cleaning and window cleaning through Living Social deal in Aug. numerous phone calls, e-mails and not even a call back. Pretty bad serivce from a SERVICE company - would never hire them

What could this company do to improve their services?
deliver service that's paid for. Answer the phone or e-mail. respond to customers who are begging them to deliver service that's already paid for!

Gutter and window cleaning

Window & Gutter Cleaning review in Mississauga

We setup an appointment with Joey for gutter and window cleaning in November a couple months before under their $39 gutter cleaning promotion and added $40 window cleaning on top. On the day of our appointment, no one showed up which was especially frustrating as I took the day off. My subsequent followup emails were unanswered.

The lack of accountability and customer service for a company that claims to have been operating for 15 years is shocking. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
