Avtech Designs

I contacted Avtech Designs as we were knocking out a load bearing wall. We knew we needed an Architect to ensure what we wanted was done to code. Peter Barton our contact, was very prompt in returning our call and visited our home, took pictures , did professional drawings of our new design such that we were able to get approved by the City for a permit. We needed a very large beam I-beam. He was very professional, on time with quotes and his price was reasonable. He also provided us with the contact Posse Construction who did the actual renovation. Peter oversaw the entire renovation. We were very pleased with the entire process. This was a huge undertaking!
