I am so happy to have found KC, he came when he said he would to fix a very difficult plumbing job we had. Walls had to be broken through and cabinets removed, but he made the pipe repair, fixed the wall and put the cabinet back. KC did everything he said he would. It's so nice to find someone whose word means something. I'll definitely be calling KC in future to fix any other issues that my come up. Thanks again so much for everything you did KC.

KC is amazing! My curtain hardware came out of the wall and as hard as I tried, I couldn't get it to screw back in. The holes kept getting bigger. Living in a downtown condo without curtains is rough and I wanted it fixed quickly. I called KC at 6 on Friday and he was here by 2 the next day! He rearranged his schedule to get this small but needed job done. Very much appreciated. After he did an excellent job of rehanging my curtain, he fixed my running toilet. It's been running for two years. I'm so happy! KC is pleasant and reasonably priced. I called another Toronto 'handyman' who wanted a 4 hour minimum at $95 an hour for the same job and hung up on me when I balked. I'm glad he did! As a single girl in this city, it is so nice to know that if I need help, I have someone to call. Thank you KC. You made my day.

I needed a counter removed in my basement prior to the water meter installation. JC came the next day and did the job on the spot. I couldn't be happier with his timely work. Subsequently, I have hired him to do more projects.

I called KC to do a non-standard AC installation that required removing a window. He was great to work with from the start - called promptly, was very professional and tidy in his work.
He was clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing through the process, which not all contractors are willing to do.
He also was able to deal with a few problems that came up that showed his experience and skills.
I look forward to working with KC on bigger projects in the future.

After seeing the very positive reviews on the site, contacted KC and in very short order he was at the house to examine why we had been experiencing condensation in a windowless bathroom.

He took the time to walk me through what he was seeing, the reasons for the condensation, and where previous work had been done incorrectly so I could see (and feel) for myself what the issue was. He was prompt, efficient and taught me quite a few things as the work was being done. Problem is fixed and we are most satisfied.

The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. When an invoicing issue arose, KC made the adjustment to the invoice to match the quoted amount discussed over the phone. Once again, KC did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. The window frame in a bathroom shower was rotting and was in dire need of replacement. KC evaluated, addressed and fixed the issue in an extremely efficient manner and even saw a few other issues that he fixed free of charge (probably avoiding bigger issues down the line). I first met KC by finding his positive reviews on Homestars and having him finish some small jobs at my rental property. So impressed was I by KC's communication, honesty and commitment to even these small items that when I decided to renovate the main level of the rental property, KC was going to be the only contractor for me.

The main level renovation centered on the kitchen and a half bedroom that was being converted to a laundry room, complete with in-suite appliances. KC's team tore down the old kitchen cabinets, removed the old flooring from both rooms and installed the new flooring (ceramic tile) in a few short days.

We had another source for the kitchen cabinets and counters so KC's team returned once these elements were installed to hookup all the appliances (including creating a new dryer vent) complete final electrical and plumbing.

The photos speak for themselves but what impressed me most was KC's constant communication, which is key when work is being done on a rental and I'm not there daily to check in on things. He was checking in with me daily to ensure I was up-to-date and apprised of any challenges. He and his crew worked evenings and weekends to ensure dates were met, despite some work having to be performed twice owing to mistakes by the cabinet installers.

I can't speak more highly of KC and his team. I strongly recommend them and look forward to working with him again.

KC and his team renovated two bathrooms in my condo unit. we bought quality products only to be installed in the worst possible way. . The interior of a cabinet was butchered. And sloppy work everywhere. A loose toilet. Terrible grout and tiles that are flush. That was just the first of many mistakes made! Since the work has been done we have spent so much money fixing their renovation. Completely unprofessional, unqualified and would never recommend.
