After seeing the very positive reviews on the site, contacted KC and in very short order he was at the house to examine why we had been experiencing condensation in a windowless bathroom. He took the time to walk me through what he was seeing, the reasons for the condensation, and where previous work had been done incorrectly so I could see (and feel) for myself what the issue was. He was prompt, efficient and taught me quite a few things as the work was being done. Problem is fixed and we are most satisfied.
