On the recommendation of a friend, my wife and I hired KC and his crew (Aly and Sam) to remove the lathe and plaster walls, insulate and install drywall in 2 bedrooms of our 100 year old home. They also took care of some minor electrical, installed drywall ceilings and crown moulding and painted.
We were under a fairly tight time-frame and we very pleased with how quickly they were able to start and finish the work. We were also very happy with the respect that Aly and Sam gave to the rest of our home. Despite being a messy job by its nature, they kept the rest of our living space clean and in order - this had been our main concern when deciding to go forward with the job as we had used another contractor on a previous renovation where these type of issues arose.
Aly was our point person on a day to day basis and was easy to work with and very responsive when there was anything that arose.
Overall, we're very happy with the results of the project and would hire KC, Aly and Sam again.
