I've hired KC a few times in the past for small jobs so when we decided to underpin our house and finish our basement, KC was the only person I called for a quote.

The project included framing, drywalling, painting, electrical, and flooring of one main family room. It also required extending the stairs (since the basement was 2 feet deeper) and the installation of a sump pump.

KC's crew (Ali & Sam) were thoughtful, professional, and considerate of our requirements and minimizing the disturbances in our home. I really appreciated Ali's input about several decisions for the basement including options for the flooring, positioning of lights, and finishing the stairs. We had one issue which came up with KC's plumber but, true to form, KC corrected the issue immediately. KC was also incredibly helpful in picking up supplies for me which was an incredible time-saver.

I know countless people who have had issues with contractors and renovators but this project came in on budget and on time (which was incredibly important as we were expecting our second child). Both Sam and Ali worked a couple Saturday's to make sure everything was finalized on time.

We're incredibly happy with the results and would recommend KC to anyone considering both small and large projects.
