Numerous issues with the work performed by this contractor have come to light since this review was posted. I will post a new review, but would prefer to wait until all these issues are dealt with, so as to have a compete story.

Funny enough, I had reservation about taking on your project because of a strange feeling inside telling me we might have clashes over this project. How wrong I was. I met the most wonderful couple I could have asked and worked for. As complicated as I thought your project would be, thankfully all went well and completed faster than either one of us anticipated.

I highly recommend K.C and his team!
I purchased a 100 year old home that needed a lot of work. I had used another contractor who was horrible and decided to do my homework before hiring another team.
I actually spoke to 25 contractors on the phone and interviewed 5 contractors in person. K.C was the most professional and straight forward contractor that really took his time to get to know me and my reno needs.
I needed all new drywall, insulation and framing installed in my basement and laundry room and the basement needed a new bathroom.
K.C provided me with a quote and a detailed contact that really left no room for surprises and he did so very quickly. He was extremely responsive and answered all my emails and calls within the day.
His team started and finished the project in the time they had projected in the contact and when I wasn’t 100% satisfied with any small detail K.C sent his team back within a few days to ensure the work was perfect and to my standard.
I can truly say I have found my contractor for life! I will always use him for any work I need done around the house, big or small!
