Our shower tiling was lifting and cracking which caused water to leak down through our dining room ceiling. KC responded very promptly to our call for help and upon initial inspection was able to readily identify that the installation of the shower had not been completed properly. Upon learning that we are a family with a young child he promised to help us right away even though he was very busy with other jobs. We received his quote for services later that day and arranged to have a crew start as soon as possible. KC and his team replaced the problem tiles (finding a beautiful complimentary tile to go with the originals that were no longer available) and rebuilt the shower frame after testing to confirm the source of the leak. They repaired the ceiling damage in the dining room and also repaired another ceiling area on the second floor. Our under-mounted kitchen sink had also detached and they were able to fix this issue as well, all in less time than originally estimated and on budget. We would hire them again in an instant.
