Fall Cleaning - Raking, Fertilizing, Tree Trimming, Lawn Cutting
I purchased a Full Fall Cleanup Including: Raking and Removal of Leaves, Winter Fertilizing, Trim and Prune, Liquid Weed Control and Final Cut from Property Maintenance Pro via Dealfind ($59).
This job has yet to be completed, despite their rescheduling, now, FOUR times!
Never have I been treated with such disrespect. Never have I experienced such atrocious customer service. Never have I been so insulted by a company or individual.
Allow me to explain this beyond-frustrating experience.
I purchased this deal on November 4. I contacted the company on Monday, November 7th at 900am. An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, November 8th, between 11 and 11:15.
No one showed up. No one called me to confirm or cancel the appointment.
Tired of waiting, I called their office (416) 627-4687. Upon contacting the company at 1:30, I was told they’d look into it and call me back.
They never called back.
I called again, at 2:30, only to be told that “their truck broke down” and “they wouldn’t be able to do our yard today”. I was told to reschedule on the first available date: Thursday, November 24 between 7 and 730am.
On Thursday, November 24, no one showed up again. Again, no one called to confirm or cancel the appointment. After ringing through to a full voicemail box and having to call back countless times, At 915am I finally spoke to someone in the company. I spoke directly with Andrew. He told me he would contact the crew in Scarborough to find out what’s going on, since I was scheduled for 730am. He told me he would call me back shortly.
He never called back.
At 1015, I called their office again. After apologizing for not calling back, Andrew informed me that “there was a backlog from when the truck broke down, so they’re doing those houses first”. He told me that I would need to reschedule again, as they would not make it to our house. At this point, my patience was worn thin. I informed him that at no point or at any time did anyone from his office contact me regarding the backlog. As this backlog was foreseeable, why was I not informed? If there was the slightest possibility of rescheduling for a second time, why was I not informed?
Andrew said, “I guarantee the job will be done on Sunday” (November 27, 2011).
Admittedly, I laughed, asking, “How can you guarantee it will be done? I was told it would be done (Thursday) – guaranteed”?
He said, “I will do it myself”. He said, “I will be at your house around 1230pm”.
It’s now Sunday at 630pm. No one showed up. No one called. No one contacted me. No one has left a message. No one emailed. No one has done the job. I have tried contacting the company. The phone line goes straight to voicemail…and the mailbox is full - IT ALWAYS IS! I cannot leave a message! I cannot contact anyone!
I am offended by the lack of respect for their customers. I am insulted by their complete lack of customer service.
Never have I been offered such disrespect. Never has such disservice been done to my family.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- 1) contact their customers when they're not going to show up; 2) show up if they say they're going to show up; 3) have a phone line where messages can be left; 4) return calls and emails!
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! EVER!
