Bathroom Renovation review in

We had estimates from most all of the do it all stores and found they pad there estimates. One even inadvertently sent us a spreadsheet that had a their mark ups. So we decided to contract our own plumber and glass installation.
I had spoke with Jim on the phone a number of times before giving him the job. He always had time for me. Installation was as promised. And when he found that one of the bath walls did not get a post to support one of the glass walls he offered to come back if there were issues. There were and he returned and quickly adjusted the glass - no charge. Whether it was normal settling or otherwise Jim was always open to provide a solution.
